At the intersection of immigration law and employment law
The world is changing rapidly and borders are blurring, not just in the EU but globally. This has far-reaching consequences for companies, organisations and society as a whole. Across Border – The International Law Firm is one of the few law firms with a dedicated global mobility practice. Rather than focusing on just one aspect of an international move, Across Border recognises that the process does not necessarily end with the granting of a Work Visa.
It is important for firms to be able to hire the most qualified people wherever they may come from. And for highly skilled migrants and other expats, it is essential that their rights and those of their families are guaranteed. You might be a company working with expats or an expat employed in the Netherlands. You may be starting your own business. Or perhaps you want to obtain residency by investment. Whatever the situation, Across Border is here to help you with legal issues related to Corporate Immigration Law -global mobility- and Employment Law.
